Empowering the Future of Clean Energy through responsible uranium development in Africa, backed by Australian capital market expertise.
Atomic Eagle Limited (ASX: AEU) is a uranium development company focused on unlocking the potential of the Muntanga Uranium Project in southeastern Zambia – within probably one of the most underexplored yet resource-rich sandstone-hosted uranium basins globally. Atomic Eagle is uniquely positioned at the intersection of Africa’s resource potential and Australia’s capital market expertise.
GoviEx Uranium Zambia operates as a wholly owned subsidiary within the Atomic Eagle Group. Atomic Eagle was formed in November 2025, following the successful reverse takeover of Tombador Iron Limited by GoviEx Uranium Inc. Atomic Eagle commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker AEU, marking a new chapter for the company. As part of the transaction, GoviEx shareholders received shares in the new entity, and GoviEx formally delisted from the TSX-V, consolidating its market presence in Australia — a global hub for uranium investment.

The Muntanga Uranium Project is situated within Zambia’s Karoo Basin, a region that remains significantly underexplored despite its proven uranium potential. While the project already hosts an updated resource of 58.8 Mlb U3O8 at 309ppm, recent geological reinterpretations have identified multiple high-priority targets with the potential to materially expand this base. These opportunities, combined with the project’s shallow deposits, accessible infrastructure and favourable metallurgy, support a compelling case for long-term resource growth and mine life extension through continued exploration.
Atomic Eagle is committed to responsible development that delivers long-term value for all stakeholders – from local communities to global shareholders. Building on its well-established presence in the Siavonga and Chirundu Districts of Zambia, the company places environmental stewardship, social impact, and strong governance at the core of its strategy.
Community partnerships are central to Atomic Eagle’s approach. Over recent years, the company has actively invested in education, healthcare, water access, and sustainable agriculture. Initiatives have included the rehabilitation and construction of school facilities, sponsorship of adult literacy programs, support for vocational training, and the installation of solar power systems in clinics and schools. In addition, the company has also supported permaculture and drought-resistant crop initiatives to promote food security, while also helping build local capacity through water infrastructure maintenance training.
